Well mfp has it at 1680 calorie intake with a 2lb loss. Shrugs. So how do I figure out what my lbm is?

Sorry may have miss typed the youtube thing. I used it as a lightly used alternative. But defiantly doesn't replace a PT but when u don't have the funds to afford a PT around here that runs at 120 a hour.. what can u do lol. Anyways any pros cons to home gyms?

K I been thinking a full cage. Never used a half rack so I not sure what to expect from it. Been looking for a used one but around here they are almost non existent. I never thought about accessories..

My first day at the gym left me so sore I had to take a week off from the gym. And I only had squat 40lbs. I found heating pads worked.

Yeah. I log my weight once a week but scale in once a day. Just notice my scale will say 253.2 then I jump off then step on again and read 255.3. Just find it frustrating. It's on a level floor.

Yeah I going to be doing the 5 X 5 strong lifts and possibly 5x5 strong lifts ice cream. Or something like that. I am also worried about the weight on the area.

Yeah something like that. Example one day i ate 1500 calories, burned off 2700 in biking,walking and misc. And i was already minus 1000 calories from my maintance lvl.

its a regular thing, i work a swing shift 12 hour job, where i wil do 2 days days, then 2 days off then 2 days nights, and repeat. during that time one of my days off reqires me to stay up for for a much longer period to manage a sleep cycle.

few problems i not happy with i linked the flow to mfp and when i did my workouts. or cardio it always logged it as a job or a run.. grrr i tried changing that on the flow to show properly what i did but mfp still showed running or jogging. anyone know how to change this

doesn't really matter to be honest for me, however, if your going to have one before take it lease 30 minutes before. If your going to have one after go isolate, has the fastest absorption rate. and all depends on how hard your pushing yourself at the gym. cardio.. probably not.. heavey weights, could benefit the body.

i have the Polar loop and the H7 strap and i love them.. there are down sides to the loop that it can't deturmin steps from simple walking. or distance.. but for the activity tracker on it.. hands down is the best.. and paired with the H7 strap.. Powders don't usually taste that aweful. Try a vanilla. Or a bland, that way you can add fruit or mixes to them to bring it to a taste you prefer. And they are great to have if your not hitting your macro for protein. Also great to have if your always on the go.

free weights, bar plus 25's on each side. so bar + 50 lbs. yeah form i been much better at since i started. but for programs i am hit and missing to what i would like to progress to. i think ideas trainers could help me with but since non available it's a hit and miss. and i think the rewired is a miss :(
