Simple meals?.
I am having a slight issue with understanding. So I would like to try out keto. I did a calculator online it put me in 25g of carbs a day. The meals i been having has been 100g a day.. just the vegi i have for dinner is 22g. What meals as simple as posssible.. can be made daily without a ton of ingredients. ?

Gym routines?
so I am at 270 lbs, male, and 5"7. I just joined goodlife and I am wondering where to find routines for weight loss besides the treadmill. The gym has 1 registered pt. However i am not sure if they do their own or gollow one givin by the gym. So i am seeing what options are out here already

Protein and weightless?
K so I am wondering what the relation with protein and weightloss. I been reading that one should intake 1g for every pound. I been running over my meals and for a 270lb that's alot of protein and I can't see me hitting that on a 1600 calorie intake. I would love to have some thoughts on this. Plz

Anyone else have a scale issue that the will read different numbers between 2lbs everymemebr I step on it. Kinda frustrating not sure if it's my scale or not. I changed the batterie.

K so I started a 5x5 strong lifts using the app. Free version. I noticed the payed version has addition workouts and a few other options. I am wondering if anyone has this app and the extended version of it for 10$ is the worth it?

K so I decided not to put a squat cage and such in my second floor apartment. Sad face. Anyways I am now considering a bowflex. Anyone own one and are they any good?. And yes I could hit the gym. But i suffer high anxiety when I am there. So weighing my options.

Changing the time period for logging?.
K so I don't run the 12 am till 12 am schedule. Since I work grave yard shift 5 pm til 5 am. My wake schedule is 3-4 pm till 7-8 am, so when I log and put my exercise in its always finishing yesterday so non for it posting on my wall. Is there a way to change this?. And sorry if this is the wrong channel for this.

Gym after a 12 hour shift and before bed?
K so quick questions I work a 5pm till 5 am. The only time atm is right after work is it wise or okay to do a workout after work and before bed. Planning to go from the gym straight into bed.

Lifting in a appartment?
Well I been thinking on putting a home gym in my 2nd floor apartment with a squat rack and such. But after reading a lot on the subject and how people have issues, with sound I am rethinking that maybe I shouldn't. I not a big fan of the gym due to others and self-esteem. Any ideas on this subject?

i am going into 12 hour nights work wise mostly sitting, and i am wondering if anyone else does nights like example. 5 pm till 5 am. how does one plan for eating and does night effect the diet? or weight loss effect from lower calorie intakes?

left side of neck and slight shoulder pain while benching?

hand pinching when weight lifting how to avoid?
k so i have a slight problem. when i am barbell lifting the skin particularly at the joins over lap and pinch. hurts when i am lfting a bit heavier then what i am used to. or for longer reps.. is there a way to avoid this ?
