k i am wondering when this rice is cooked is it weighed after cooked or before? i noticed it says prepaired but once cooked it barely fills 1/4 of a cup per designed weight.. but it's suposed to fill 1/2 of a cup.. grr totally confused..

I know exactly which one you're talking about and I'm not sure either. I weigh it before and just add the information into my diary. The weighed dru and then cooked version should become what the calories say.
