Gym after a 12 hour shift and before bed?

K so quick questions I work a 5pm till 5 am. The only time atm is right after work is it wise or okay to do a workout after work and before bed. Planning to go from the gym straight into bed.

Some people have trouble sleeping when they do things like that.
Personally, I don't. In fact, I find it helps me get a good night's sleep.
In my case I cycle, and what I used to do most winters was to ride my trainer (bicycle on indoor device) for about an hour doing "commercial intervals", then I'd lift some weights, and then I would turn down the lights, put on some relaxing music and do some stretching and yoga.
About half an hour later, I was sound asleep.0
