Gym routines?

so I am at 270 lbs, male, and 5"7. I just joined goodlife and I am wondering where to find routines for weight loss besides the treadmill. The gym has 1 registered pt. However i am not sure if they do their own or gollow one givin by the gym. So i am seeing what options are out here already

You could check out aworkoutroutine.com - he has a quite good beginner program. There's also a post in here with a collection of weight lifting programs.0

I did a Germany Body Composition Routine when I wanted to loose fat but depends how experienced you are in the gym. Maybe google it and see what you think?0

decide on some goals that you want to achieve with going to the gym, what you like and dont like doing and how long you have and how often can you go. Once you have defined these parameters then you can have a look on google at programs that might suit. Most gyms though should set you up a basic program when you join.1
