Changing the time period for logging?.

K so I don't run the 12 am till 12 am schedule. Since I work grave yard shift 5 pm til 5 am. My wake schedule is 3-4 pm till 7-8 am, so when I log and put my exercise in its always finishing yesterday so non for it posting on my wall. Is there a way to change this?. And sorry if this is the wrong channel for this.

. Well tried it and set it for Russia. 13 hours ahead of me. And didn't work. Open to new ideas.
