Start a new day at midnight.

You could start a new day at midnight as mentioned or you could focus instead on weekly calorie intake instead of daily.

There are many ways to do this. Try a system for three weeks and then switch to another system.
The daily average spread out of a week might work for you. On days that you work eat a little bit over your calorie deficit and on other days eat less.
