YES!! Ever since I lost 40 pounds I can't sit for more then a few minutes at my desk without pain! At first I thought I injured myself but now it's normal and I have gotten used to it. I try to get up and move around more often.

If you have a running store near you, I would recommend getting fitted. It can make all the difference in the world. I run in Brooks now but was using New Balance before I got fitted. I like both but the Brooks help with my knee pain.

It has taken me 5 months to lose 32 pounds. I exercise at least 5 days a week and eat healthy 95% of the time. I do splurge occasionaly on weekends but I have stuck with it successfully and am almost to my goal. Good luck to you and just remember to stick with it.
