My friend is a turbo kick instructor (the gym class version of turbo jam) and she told me to get the 5 workouts one.

I like it, it starts with learning the steps then takes you slowly into a 20 minute workout using what you just learned. I think that it was well worth what I bought it for.

    BEST OF LUCK!!!

Sorry, not sure which ones are still out there for overview on specific ones but I absolutely love all of them (that I have-which is a bunch). I don't think that you can go wrong on whichever ones you decide to get. They are great!

I have the original 5 DVD Turbo Jam version and like it a lot too. You can get Beachbody stuff pretty reasonably on ebay but you HAVE to do your homework before bidding. If you look at it and it's coming from Hong Kong.....I wouldn't trust it. Also click on the sellers reviews and if you see several saying that they got burned copies.....don't bid on that one either. There's usually lots of auctions for Beachbody products but you just have to be careful. I have bought both Insanity and Turbo Fire off ebay and they are the same as you'd get directly from BB.......but I do know that at least one person here on MFP (can't remember her name right now) got burned copies of a BB series off ebay. Like I said....homework, homework, homework.

Good Luck! I agree with a previous poster who said you can't really go wrong with any of the Turbo Jam workouts. They're fun and she picks GREAT music to go with the moves she's having you do.

much agreed with previous posters about the 5 workout dvd. it's a great starting off point. i went nuts and bought it off the website, and upgraded my package, so i got additional workouts as well, some of which i haven't gotten to yet. i've been doing TJ for a little over a month and absolutely love it! i just got TurboFire and will be starting that Oct 1st!
