You can by novelty alarms for people that love the snooze button - I used to have a helicopter that would lift up and fly round the room, and the alarm wouldn't stop going off until you had caught it and put it back. I to have just started early mornings again, I get up at 5.45 and im at the gym by 6.15 when it opens, my biggest motivation was driving... i tried to get to the Gym by 6.15 before i had a car and oh my goodness it was soooo hard (its a 30 minute walk) so if you dont drive that may be motivation for you :) Good luck

WOW well done, i loved reading your post as i find it similiar to my situation, i started out at 206 lbs and a size 18 dress size (sometimes 20 in jeans) you have done so well to reach you target 154 lbs - my goal is 160 lbs, hopefull ill be in the same position to upload these stats very soon - well done :)

the shakes are a good short term quick weight loss option but if i was you id try and steer clear as your body will get used to them and then once you lose the weight and start eating again after your hooliday it will be much harder and you may lose motivation, best to stick to what your doing as by the sound of things you…
