There uis form failure and what a lot of people call failure. If you know what you are doing and your form is very tight working to form failure where you don't do any more reps after form is as risk of comprimise then that is probably ok.

Yah lose very slowly and you should be ok 10% is really not all that low and you should not have to give up mass to acheive that. That is if you know how to keep your macros in line with what you are trying to accomplish.

Here's another solution to adding in treats, calculate exactly how many calories it has then before you indulge do enough exercise to cover yourself then you have earned that treat.... never take a treat unless you earn it. You will feel much better about it.

That's a good point, have to know the difrerence between good pain (I love it) and bad pain ( not so much) . Comes with experience...untill you do you should err on the side of caution. I actually use the ETS gym at Notre Dame and Peel, it's actually extreemly well equipped, even though it's full of younger guys who don't have a clue and are pretty loose with the gym edicate.

Yah I cycle nutrents and on workout days when it gets even difficult to get my cals in I will use more calorie dense foods to get the cals in. I always stick to my calorie count and macro ratios though.

Nuts are so calorie intense though, I mean just a few are fine but I have trouble with just a few, I like lots :( so for the most part I avoid them cuz it's hard to get them in without leaving myself hungry cuz I have used up all my cals)
