My BMR is 1569.95 Can I eat less than that and still loose weight working out 5-6 days per week for about an hour? My TDEE is 2433 less 500 calories (says the internet to loose 1 pound per week) = 1933, but that seems high for me. I was recently on a 1200 calories per day, I bumped it up to 1370. I am having a hard time wrapping my head around so many calories per day. Any suggestions?

Depends how much you have to lose. I eat slightly under my BMR because I still have 60 lbs to lose. Do make sure to take a break now and again. If your TDEE is 2433, I would eat at 1400 minimum. That's 1000 deficit a day, which is the highest I would go for lasting loss.

Wow - that accurate ! It's perhaps better to say it's probably in the range 1470 - 1670 to be honest. It isn't that certain or precise.

Biggest mistake I see people make is eating too little and killing there metabolism. You will not los fat any faster in the long run, you will lose weight but a lot of it will be muscle and then the fat loss will stop. Even anorexics often have some body fat on them cuz your body will hold not to fat if the deficit is too steep. You can go slightly under the number but 1200 calories on a daily average is just dumb. You can cycle nutrients where you go that low but then you have to have higher days to average it out.
