I currently do a just over 3k route, as i leave its all down hill, at the end its back up hill :noway: The route i have to go to 5k means more hills that are bigger. Id mark it as exercise. I read once its a great exercise for losing weight. When i rode every day ( schooling not hacking) and was mucking out ( ok i worked in a stables so there was lots) was when i was my thinnest! Oh them days :love:

You make your own routes. Ive seen others in my area but dont bother with them and mark out my own. You can enter everything on the website, no need to have an app for the data but they do a free app if you do get a smartphone one day, you log how may runs ect, you can log your food intake and set achievements, not sure if…

Yeah its 1.5 miles. Both are used to lots of running as they play rugby. Just not road running with hills but they are getting there.

A fellow UK grower! Last year we grew nothing, not even turned over because of the rain we had! I know what you mean about plants being everywhere round the house, same here! I planted some onion sets out last week and will be getting down to plant our pots in the next few days.

I dont have pictures but first time i did it at the start of this crazy journey a year ago i lost 8lbs and a total of 10" all over doing 30 days straight. Ive just finished level 2 today as im doing another round!

Id go with option 3, something close to your heart. I know there are lots of good charities and lots of people will have different ideas but if its something thats affected you in your life then i believe thats where you should go.
