What ear phones do you use when running?

Im looking for a pair that stay in when running, i got some karrimor ones for xmas but i have to tape them to my ears otherwise they fall out :huh:

So im looking for some new ones that do the job, can you recommend any?

    I use over the ear ones always have done...like my sennheisers....use them in the gym too...

    I use the in ear apple ones! The ones that come with the iphone 5, but you can buy them separately. They're great with any apple product too cause you can change the song on a little button on the wire so you don't have to faff with getting it out while you're running!

    I use in ear, I got Samsung. They come with 3 sizes, so one will always fit.

    i always use "over the ear" ones. at the moment its the jvc ha-eb75 sports. got them in tesco or asda and very reasonable. they also last ...think i've had these about a year now and run 4-5 times week :happy:

    I use the JVC Jelly ones which have always worked great for me. About a £5 in Asda in a variety of colours
