I have also heard that you should not eat back the calories burned during your exercise. You are doing the right thing if you want to lose weight.

after losing approximately 35 pounds, i went from a 38DD (40 DD) depending on the bra to a 32 - 34 DD now. Will get remeasured once I am at goal weight.

Yes that is normal if you are not eating every 2-3 hours. Eat every 2-3 hours even if you are not hungry to reduce the spikes in cravings.

I too have become a social butterfly and have fell back in love with ME. I now take pride in myself, my exercising, my finances, etc. I definitely have more energy.

Whole wheat bread 100% is the best for your body. NO white breads. Also purchase 100 calorie sandwich thins (they rock). I take whole wheat wraps to work and replace them with bread.

I will be completing week 5 on Friday (recovery week). I really have not lost much weight yet but about 2 inches around the waist which works for me.

Done both, doing INSANITY now and I would definitely say INSANITY. After u do insanity for 2 months then switch up the program to weights/cardio.

Im 5'2 and at my heaviest I was 183. I definitely understand how you feel. I am now about 152 pounds with more weight to lose. Add me for support.

I plan to start TF after I complete Insanity (week 4 right now). I enjoy Insanity but I would NOT recommend that you start with it. Its very difficult but worth it if you truly can commit 62 days to completing it.

The Polar FT7 comes with a strap and I hear that its a good HRM. I dont personally own one. Check out the videos on youtube ... regarding these HRM's and which one would be best for you.

You lost alot of inches in your stomach area. I will be purchasing the Hip Hop abs also. Currently I am doing Insanity (week 4).
