looking for recipies that can be done in the slow cooker, so that i have a nice hot meal to come home to after the cold, dark journey home from the gym.

    Try meals.com for wonderful recipes. I too, love coming home from work to a hot meal easily prepared. Enjoy!

    I made this beef stew yesterday and gobbled it up after coming back from the gym. Quite tasty!

    I'd suggest searching MFP's "Recipes" forum. There's always new ones being posted in there.
