  • 8/5 Logging daily ✔ Water & Electrolytes 👎 Barely managed to remember yesterday. Carb Goal ✔ Exercise 👎 One of my twins is still sick so my day revolved around taking care of her more than normal and it was too hot to have them outside (90° yesterday!).
  • Oh, me too! (Just a few days of a late start) Logging daily - not an issue, but still a goal. Water & Electrolytes - I'm having a surprisingly hard time remembering to drink water. Carb Goal: 20g net or less Exercise: it's a pretty good workout to care for two infants, but I'm trying to walk more with or without them. It's…
  • Ugh. Me too. The scale is very obviously moving in the wrong direction now and there's only so much I can blame on my 14 week old twins... time to take some responsibility. It's been too hot or rainy to take them for walks like I was so I'm taking a pair of walking shoes to work and I plan to walk on my lunch break or…
  • Hi everyone! I've been following the ketogenic lifestyle since August 2015, 20g or less, and lost 74 pounds. In January 2017, I had plateaued for several months so it was recommended to me to increase my macros for a while and then drop back down again, like a reset. I went to 35g and maintained, but I still had 50 lbs I…
  • I just saw a similar recipe today using strawberry and vanilla extract instead of orange. I'm getting the stuff to make these when I go shopping tomorrow!
  • DID NOT like that chocolate peanut butter one would be an understatement. Please give me your recipe!
  • Do you use a mixer to make that or do you just stir it in? And what kind of fat bombs do you usually keep. I tried making some simple peanut butter ones, but I still feel like I'm eating a stick of butter lol. I'm definitely a texture eater.
  • I drink almost two gallons of water every day. I'm going to try decreasing the protein and increasing fat though. Although, I have such a hard time meeting my fat goal that I'm not sure how effective it'll be. I had posted before about finding ways to increase my fat intake; the best answers were add butter/oil to…
  • I do log everything I eat now (started religiously June 1st to get me on track) . Right now my macros are set at 10% carbs, 20% protein, 70% fat. Most days, I end up meeting my carbs and protein for the day, but not the fat. And my goal is about 1700 calories for the day because of my job bring so active, but I usually end…
  • Sw: 241 (ugh) Gw: 238 (this week) I gained three pounds because I cheated, even though my goal last week was to not cheat :/ This week, I will lose those three pounds again. Truth be told.
  • SW: 246 on March 14th CW: 238 on June 7th GW: 167 I did awesome last week of making my batch meals and planning out my meals for the week, so I'm going to continue doing that. This week, I'm going to commit to NOT cheating on any days lol. I usually slip up once or twice a week and it shows in my results.
  • You guys are all amazing. I'm going to look for that bacon jerky for sure! I'll keep it in my locker at work for my "emergency" snack fund.
  • I definitely am a meat eater. All the meats. :)
  • Oh yeah. There are some days that I'm totally fine and can get away with just drinking water to fill up, but other days I feel like I'm starving to death. My boss says I get "hangry." Lol
  • SW:246, but that number is from a month ago CW: 238 GW:167 I've stuck to my goal of meal planning and batch cooking so far, so I'm going to keep that up for week 2!
  • I'm 29 and from Ohio. Trying to lose another (roughly) 80 lbs still and could use some more friends to keep me motivated!
  • I sent you a friend request too. I'm 29, F, 5'7". My stats are SW: 308, CW: 246, GW: 167 I technically started the keto diet two months ago, but I've only started being stricter about it a week ago. I'm always looking for people to help me stay motivated and hold me accountable. I moved to ohio in november and I still…
  • I'm terrible at meal planning, especially lunches for work, so my goal is to plan and/or batch cook so I'm not googling for low carb fast food every day (which will also save $$) or just giving up for the day (which defeats the point of trying to lose weight). SW: 308 CW: 246 GW: 167
  • I also work at FedEx Office (in Ohio) and I know exactly what you mean by all of the fast food joins nearby. My manager is also an avid baker so there's constantly sweets and goodies for everyone, the struggle is real.
  • 46, but I've been too scared to weigh myself (I don't even own a scale) so that number is from March. I've committed to myself to get a scale by next Friday so I can see my progress instead of feel the difference in the way my clothes fit and the energy I feel.
  • Invite sent. Anyone feel free to add me as well. I've recently found a boost of initiative, but I'm terrible at being consistent so I'll need motivation too.
  • I have pcos and am also looking for mfp friends to help keep me motivated! Feel free to add me. :)
  • I'm 29 and live in Ohio. I was diagnosed with pcos when I was 17. Currently trying the keto diet and have used MFP in the past, but "fell off the wagon" when my depression/anxiety got really bad last year. Any support would be appreciated as I've only got 80 lbs of my original 140 lb weight loss goal left to go!
  • I've got PCOS too and it blows! But I'm trying to lose some weight and hopefully get some symptoms more under control and have a baby! =)
