  • It is the F4-- looked up in Amazon, says 199, but I am certain my friend found it somewhere for 75 ish. says color is blue ice :)
  • I have a polar now and really like it. Not sure about the model as I am borrowing it, Grey band, small kind of feminine (which I like) It does calories, continuous, duration, time, and zone.
  • I trust my HRM over the numbers generated by MFP. I am not sure it truly matters which one, as long as you use that one consistently. Switching back and forth would cause the big differences I would think. Make sure your HRM is programed correctly, with height, age and weight, as that will make a difference.

  • Cheese, some great flavored crackers (wheat thins flat bread) Yumm. Pack plenty of cold water, and chewing gum-- Enjoy the trip, and try to get out and walk a bit. There are also some great cookies that come in the 100 calorie bags. Another idea would be pretzels, good to munch on. Travel safe!!
