    Hi,
    I signed in and measured in back at the end of June and didn't do anything with this site until August.
    In that time I had lost 6 lbs. by just being more aware of what I was doing and eating.
    Since August I have been programing all of my eating and excercising and I just love it!!
    It does take some time to find the foods that you are eating, and matching up the exercising that you are doing but it is helping me out alot.
    I am 20 lbx. lighter (not countng this week!!! :) )
    I feel great and have lots of energy and my drinking (alcohol) has gone done almost by 1/2 so that is a plus.
