Not so easy right now because I work full time then go home to online school every night. So stressful and frustrating. I'm trying to keep all the bad food out of my house and snack on fruits and veggies even though it's not as satisfying as a cookie would be. But believe me, I don't deprive myself either :) Thanks hun!

Thank you all! I do still measure my food bc I had to do that with the low carb diet so that helps. I'm hoping it's just water weight. My clothes are still feeling lose so that's a good sign. You're not eating enough. I was always told to eat breakfast, snack, lunch, snack, then dinner to keep your metabolism up and make sure you get the right nutrition. Just make sure you make the right food choices when doing so. Also the fact that you don't necessarily need to lose much weight it will take a little longer…
