My kids are super picky eaters but they seem to like a lot of Skinnytaste.com recipes. There is a cheeseburger casserole one on there that seems kind of strange but its delicious and my whole family loved it.

I’m currently a comfortable size 12. I started at a snug 20. I've tried on 10’s and can get them buttoned but they dig into my hip bones. I am 5’ 10" and currently 2.5 lbs away from a "healthy" BMI. They make a zero calorie spray for that exact purpose :-) Kernel Seasons Popcorn Spritzer they have plain or butter flavor. Kernel Seasons also makes a bunch of lo cal seasonings too.

That type of gain is usually just water weight from too much sodium, sugar, etc. Its good to change up your calorie intake once and awhile, also its actually good for you to occasionally go over your goal by that much and have cheat days once and awhile. 1. I did at first, but now I don't mind it as much. However I have a new issue with the compliments : Is it that people think I look good and healthy or is it more along the lines of "you used to be fat and now your not as fat, good job" Like if they didn't know me before would they still say/think I look good?

I bought my wedding dress before I started trying to lose weight. I tried it on the other day for the first time in months, uhm I need to start shopping for a seamstress, my dress is HUGE on me.

Really hard to say , I have the opposite problem, the Ellipticals I use show less of a calorie burn than what MFP says. I usually go with the lower number just to be on the safe side.

I didn't realize how high up my hip bones really were. I’m flippin freezing all the time. Some "confidential" areas look different than before or maybe its just because I can see that now. Much like how I didn't realize how big I'd become I don't always realize how much progress I've made. Still wouldn't trade it though.

5’ 10" 201 lbs sz 14, preferably tall, and am starting to be able to button some 12s I don't think I will get smaller than a 12, maybe a few 10s that run bigger but unless they develop a way to shrink hip bones it just isn't happening lol
