When your driving somewhere and you see someone out running and you automatically get super jealous that it isn't you....
-
Another thing to consider is going to a running store and getting sized and fitted for a good pair of running shoes. Made all the difference for me when I first started...

You are amazing! And you lapped everyone who was sitting on the couch! Be proud!

Stick to the 1380 the MFP has set for you. Counting calories does work. And most important ignore the naysayers. You can do this!

My sister who lives far away and has been here to see the journey says to me when she finally saw me "Well you finally look good!" Seriously! I wanted to punch her in the face! An old lady at CHURCH says to me in front of my husband, "You better not lose anymore he wont have anything to hold onto when he wants to do…

I had that happen and I started wearing running tight at a capri length. I second the corn starch.

My cup size didn't drop until I started lifting. At tax time I was fitted at VS and was a 36 D I was just refitted over the weekend and I am now a 36B!

I don't have pictures, but I run three to four times a week. On my weekday runs I go about 3.25 miles. On my weekend runs I am up to 7.44 miles. When I started running I was 251 pounds and could hardly make it a minute and a half at a time but I didn't quit. Make sure you add strength training in the mix it will help with…

Thank you for sharing, I am sitting here crying, I'm so touched by your story. I am having self image issues seeing the new me instead of the old me and your story touched my heart!

Alone, It is my time to get away from arguing kids, work issues, and anything else that is bugging me. I don't want someone talking to me while I'm running, I just want me and my music hitting the road.

Don't focus on the big picture. Take it one day at a time one healthy choice at a time, one workout at a time. STOP looking at it as a diet, it is a lifestyle.

It sucks at first but make yourself get a workout in. I hate having to get a run in and lift but when I am done I KNOW I will feel better. If you are close to going over on calories try gum. My favorite is the Lemon Bar or Key Lime Pie Extra. If I am wanting sweets it does the trick. Good luck! :flowerforyou:

You look amazing! BTW I am a former Little Britches Barrel Racer myself!

My first is in September so thank you for all the awesome advice! :flowerforyou:

I have also had three c sections, HEAVY bleeding and cramping (Endometriosis) I also refused to be on the pill after having my tubes tied and right before Christmas I had Ablasion (sp?) done. BEST thing I have ever done! I also switched to a diva cup and it helped with cramping and gave me a jumping off point to tell the…

I have a Dannon Light and Fit Greek Yogurt for breakfast, a light cheese stick or 90 calorie Fiber One bar for snack, Progresso Light soup for lunch, repeat of snack, then I usually have about 800+ calories for dinner. If I have enough calories I can usually have a Skinny Cow ice cream sandwich for an evening snack too! I…

I rarely eat my exercise calories back. On occasion, like holidays or weddings when it is hard to control the food that is prepared and offered I will and I won't feel guilty about it.

I will be reading my devotions daily....

I am the sweet tooth QUEEN! At night especially! The last couple weeks I have been concerned with my night time snacking. My husband is trying to quit his chew habit and has packs of gum all over the house and I saw one of the packs is Extra Lemon Bars! I tried a piece and it is awesome! It gave me something to chew on and…

Have him earn his video game and computer time. IF he want's 30 minutes of video games both of you walk for 30 minutes or do push ups or something. Make his time something he earns and when the time is up he has to earn more time or he is cut off....
