    Amazing story and amazing results! You are doing great!

    My grandfather had a heart attack and had to have triple bypass in Feb. He is a very big reason I started my weight-loss journey. Sometimes, it really does take something horrible to happen for us to have that "Ah-ha!" moment.... unfortunately.
