Fresh garlic and fresh herbs with a little Greek yogurt - makes a phenomenal spread/dip!0

I've started adding chia seeds to cottage cheese. Let it sit a few minutes so the chia seeds develop a soft gel around them. They have a little crunch, kind of like sesame seeds, and a very light flavor. An acquired taste but an excellent source of Omega-3 and I've really started liking them. (Also like chia seeds in my banana-yogurt smoothies.)0

Savory: Cottage Cheese Caprese (fresh basil, diced tomatoes, black pepper, a splash of olive oil and balsamic vinegar)
Sweet: I love dried cherries with slivered almonds. This week I am trying peanut butter and banana.0 -
Indeed, a spoon!
Andddd some sweetner and cinnamon, or cocoa and soms almonds0 -
I love it with some spinach, bell peppers, red onion, kalamata olives, and some cucumbers. Add a whack of fresh cracker pepper, and it is YUM!0

Lawry's seasoning salt or tony schachere's (cajun seasoning). Great side dish for turkey burgers. Aslo for breakfast I toast 2 pieces of bread, spread cottage cheese on, pop in the microwave for like 20 seconds and put seasoning on it. Super filling and so yummy! Have been eating that my whole life.0

I like sun dried tomatoes, red peppers (roasted or raw), olives, caramelized onions, salsa, pesto, or marinara sauce. I like it Caprese style too!0

Sunflower seeds and dried cranberries
quartered cherry tomatoes and a sprinkle of crumbled bacon. Finely shredded fresh basil
A stir-in of a small dab of pesto.
cilantro and cucumber.
Or: Sometimes I like to use it almost like a salad dressing - top a chopped salad with a dollop of cottage cheese. If you use full-fat cheese you really don't need salad dressing. Or just an additional sprinkle of dressing, lots less than you usually use.0 -

I typically do either pineapple or dice up an apple, throw it in the microwave for a minute then mix in the cottage cheese and some cinnamon. Yum!0

I love it with salsa too. Or just some dill and black pepper. And use it as a dip with celery.0

I'm trying to eat cottage cheese (I find it marginally yummy, but I think it has hidden potential). Thanks for the suggestions!0

pepper or sriracha (if you like spicy)0

Cottage cheese is the one, single food I have ever found that I will not eat. Vile, nasty, horrible stuff. If you like it, good on ya, but for me some fresh veg is an infinitely better snack.0

Cucumber + Salsa! (Avocado is a nice add in with this combo, too!)0
