Just keep trying, if you give up you're only letting yourself down! doesn't matter if it takes you weeks to get through one video, as long as you keep trying

I googled search sugar research. It was hard to tell what types of sugars would be stored in the guts. I have a 3 berry smoothie almost every morning, but they're sugar in my milk, my coffee (which I stop having now) it looks as though sugar is in everything and it's the only thing I go WAY over on in my daily goals, and…

salad, everyday. add tuna, or an egg or some deli meats. Use dark green lettuses, and low calorie dressings.

It's to bad sticking to a diet make you feel nervous or guilty everytime you go over your goal, or eat something that is labeled unhealthy. It's very common though, I think 90% of women on here have this feeling daily, I know I do. Don't lose hope!

YOu must have amazing genes!!! I've only had 2 babies and my abs look nothing like yours! I don't even have the guts to be photographed in a swim suit. Congrats to your will power and your drive!

I think your doing a great job sticking to your calories. I would recomment more veggies, more protein. What's with the moutain due for breakfast though, maybe try green tea.
-
body pump it's cardio and toning at the same time.
-
chicken wings (I use to eat them daily) and popcorn (can't get half way through a movie before I crack and get some)

If it's anything like the class they offer at goodlife, then it's amazing!!!! I've been going twice a week for 4 weeks now, and already my arms are getting buffer and my legs and butt are definately stronger. Warning though, first class will cripple you, so keep the weights light, just the movement alone is a workout. Good…

It's not wrong. Someone mentioned though that MFP over estimates calories burned, and that it so true, so for your own peace of mind, maybe try to not eat back the calories burned and just stick to your 1600 calories a day.

After Thanksgiving I felt really bloated and realised that in just one weekend of over eating I gain like 5 pounds, and ALL my clothes were super tight. I used that weekend as motivation to stick to my calories and sweat my *kitten* off at the gym. Halloween, well yesterday was a write off. I say I got 6 months of winter…

Go shopping. Go into a change room with the clothes size that you want to be able to fit into, and guilt yourself into sticking to your healthy choices! Nothing like bright lights and mirrors everywhere to make you feel bad about yourself......LOL, just kidding, don't be so hard on yourself, and good luck, it's a day to…

I don't have a heart monitor, and I've been going by what the machines I use say. This is quite discouraging.

if you get a good life membership and use it, it's well worth the money, and I say Body Pump is amazing, nothing like trading in the fat for muscle!

I've had a hard time with this as well. As soon as I got into my third week of working out at the gym though, I think my hormones got happy and helped me with some self control. Maybe it would help if you didn't have the temptations in the house, or to meal plan and snakc plan and stick to that, after 21 days just about…

I use a lot of recipe's from AllRecipe.Com, and I steal from others recipes. Some days I'm active. Most days I sit around only getting up to feed myself. I do however go to the gym every morning for at least an hour. My weekly loss is 1 lbs. I take what the machines say I burn in calories and put them into the excerise log…

I'm in!!! I'm 135, and would love to be 120, that's my long term goal, but if I could do it by Christmas that would be awesome!
-
Are you a bottomless pit because your craving something specific and not eating it because it's considered bad for you? I have days where I crave chicken wings or pizza and will be hungry all day, unless I eat what I'm craving.
-
I'm the same. I'm so focused Monday thru Friday but then the weekend hits and I run a train on everything. I use it as motivation on Monday to hit the gym and give it 110%. Food gives you energy so if you over eat use that energy at the gym.

If I'm on MFP anyways and I'm bored I'll play around with my next days calories base on what I have in the fridge, and I try to make it match with what the canadian food guide recommends. And if it looks like I'm going to go over my calorie intake, I'll make sure to get in excerise. It's not to rigid, it's smart.

I'm sorry to hear about your weight/inches gain. I'm not an expert and I do EXACTLY the same things your doing, only for the last 2 weeks though... Keep at it, maybe it's just a lot of water and sugar around your muscles trying to heal them.

I love this post! Instead of telling her to eat more, and not worry about her goal, you gave her some really awesome ideas and tastey at that, sure it's not a lot of food/calories but the point of a low calorie diet is to train your body into not needing tons to survive. Also if I over eat one day, I kick up my work out…

Beastie, and the great gapster....I had a gap

I log cleaning calories like mopping the floors and scrubbing a tub isn't lazy work. lets get skinny and have homes that are cleaner then everyone elses!

go on the pill and skip your period all together. this is what most MD's prescribe for women with pmd.

I think as long as your eating the right foods (vegetables and fruits) And eating every 2-3 hours that 1300 should be okay. If you like fish and salads that's the route to go to feel full. But if your hungry EAT, just make good choices.

I should mention my profile picture is from December 2011, and I was under going chemo treatments so I was really thin, since then I've put on 18 pounds. I do go for daily walks, and I do a bootcamp class twice a week for muscle training.

This sounds amazing, and I love tuna! That's tomorrows lunch!
