The only thing that stands out to me is that you're using a lot of recipes from the database - are you making those exact recipes or just trying to pick something similar to what you're eating? Because that can be a HUGE difference.
Three more questions - What's your activity level set to? How are you logging your exercise? What did you put in for your weekly loss?0 -
I use a lot of recipe's from AllRecipe.Com, and I steal from others recipes. Some days I'm active. Most days I sit around only getting up to feed myself. I do however go to the gym every morning for at least an hour. My weekly loss is 1 lbs. I take what the machines say I burn in calories and put them into the excerise log that way.0

You are pretty small to begin with, so I'd start by changing the weekly goal to .5 lbs/week.
If you can, pick up a heart rate monitor (the chest-strap kind) and use it to calculate your exercise calories - the machines can be optimistic.
You might want to try adding your recipes by ingredient rather by recipe - and make sure you're weighing everything.
Or you might want to just try keeping on with what you're doing. Could easily be water weight, if you've just started going to the gym or from hormonal fluctuations. Give it another two weeks, keep your logs as accurate as you can, and see how it goes. If you're still not seeing progress, then it's time to start looking at what you're eating and fine-tuning.0 -
What jumps out at me is that your calorie intake is all over the place. It's difficult to pinpoint areas where you can make adjustments if there's no consistency.0

it might be that you are gaining muscle from the exercise you are doing at the gym, don't really look at the scale too much you'll know that you are loosing weight by how your clothes fit you latter on as you work out0 -
I agree with the caloric inconsistency.... also what is your sodium intake? Try to keep it below 2500mg every day. For me, I find my results to be even better when it is 2000mg max a day.0
