  • Yes, depends on what you eat. Your body stores fats, carbohydrates, and proteins all differently!
  • All I can say is that, if your within your caloric boundaries you should be fine. Unless your going for something harder than the number 1 thing I would suggest. "All Max : ISOFLEX , natural" Just protein, non of that added crap ie. glucose, fructose, etc etc. Other wise you can always try Bulk barn (canada)

  • There are always ways around it! #1 thing you should never do is starve your self. I eat on a consistent basis, about 6-8 times a day. Keep that metabolism firing! The only reason you would ever binge is because they did not eat enough.
