Hey, I did a full marathon in May and a half just yesterday. Anybody can do it you just have to want it bad enough. It is a mental game. I swore after the marathon I would never run another race but running is in my blood and I love it.

Just checking in. last week 146 this week 146 Turkey day goal 138 At least I didn't gain, I had a very stressful week so I am actually surprised that I stayed the same. Oh well, I hope I have a better week coming up. Best of luck to everybody on the situp challenge.

I just got done with the first 30 days of P90X. I was feeling stronger but didn't think I looked different until I took my pictures. I also lost 5 inches off my body. Yay! The difference was amazing. I love this program and can't wait to start the next 30 days on Monday.

I ran 8 miles with a good friend. We usually run on Saturday but we took it off to celebrate her 40th birthday!
