I've been doing p90x for 1 week now... I also did the jillian michaels 30 shred today. I feel GREAT! I don't know what my measurments are yet because it not my weigh in day yet but... I feel smaller and more fit... HIGHLY recommend p90x

    P90X is definately a good workout program. Very intense, not intended for beginners though. I found out this out the hard way, I had to do the first beach body program Tony Horton. This guy is in crazy shape and all the people in his workouts are his graduates from his first program! But I agree really great program. Great yoga DVD, 2 1/2 hours long! My favorite!

    I just got done with the first 30 days of P90X. I was feeling stronger but didn't think I looked different until I took my pictures. I also lost 5 inches off my body. Yay! The difference was amazing. I love this program and can't wait to start the next 30 days on Monday.
