If anyone is interested, here is a recipe, not mention how AWESOME it tastes!!

3 cups old fashion oats
2 cups puffed rice cereal
¼ cup unsweetened apple juice
¼ cup chopped raisins
¼ cup chopped dried cranberries
¼ cup chopped almonds
½ teaspoon ground ginger
½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
½ teaspoon canola oil
6 tablespoons honey

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

In a small bowl mix apple juice, honey, oil and spices. Mix well and set aside.

On a baking sheet mix the oats and rice cereal, spread evenly and bake for 10 minutes. When golden brown remove from the oven and place into a large bowl, add the chopped dried fruit and mix well. Add the apple juice mix; combine well to coat with the liquid. Return to the cookie sheet and bake for another 5 minutes. Let it cool and store in an air tight container.

This recipe yields approximately 15 ½ cup servings = 100 calories
