oh I'm with ya! lol It is WAY easier for me to stick to a healthy, clean eating when the hubs is away. He is stick thin and can eat whatever he wants.. lol so sometimes he doesn't understand that eating out a few times a week doesn't work for me. :p

Yeah, you're totally right. It's just embarrassing I guess to see in numbers how bad things have gotten. lol But it's better for me to be honest about it. It'll hold me accountable.

During this challenge I really want to get into the health and fitness mindset. I want to abandon my "need" for Fast Food. I really just want to get set up for a healthy road to weight loss! :)

Yeah, I have been to one of the small gyms because it was the only one open at that time on the weekend or something? lol I can't remember why we went to that one. I've wanted to go swim laps at Q-80 though, but I DO NOT know my way around that base at all. lol

We got here in May :) We'll be here 3 years because my husband is doing his b-billet before returning to a grunt unit.

I'm also back after being away! The worst part is knowing I gained like 10 pounds since I stepped away. I'm so sick of giving up.. So hopefully we can stick to it together!

I hit the gym early today since they'll be closed this evening and all day tomorrow. But I will probably take it relatively easy tomorrow since I haven't had a rest day. My husband and I might go for a walk since it's not really Christmas weather here. lol But we aren't having a crazy Christmas dinner or anything.

I need a new gym bag! lol but for now mine has headphones, small towel, water bottle, lock, gym membership card, hair ties and headbands, a small pouch with tampons, and eye protection for tanning and red light therapy. I think that's all. lol

I have cheat meals, although I don't overindulge. I just don't count calories as closely or have dessert after a meal.
