Snacks in between for me. I feel better, eat smaller meals and my metabolism is always burning those calories.

We use cooked quinoa and sauted onions and garlic for extra flavor. :-) Turkey meatloaf is a staple around our house.

Yikes! I gained 40lbs and now weigh less than I did when I got pregers (2 1/2 years later.). Trying for number 2 & super scared of weight gain again. I was really sick with my pregnancy and gave myself permission to eat anything that comforted me. Woopsie, dont recommend that, lol.

So excited! Today is day 5 for me and I am 2 lbs down. Wahoo!!!!!! I wasnt eating a ton of carbs prior to cycle one so mabey thats why my numbers arent as hi? Any thoughts?

Hi ladies, I havent lost yet... Today is day 3! I am not hitting the 1200 either and exercise is also causing a bigger devicit (sp)... Please post your numbers when you have a chance I would love to know how everyone is doing.:-)

Hi everyone, Busy mom and wife no longer accepting average. I had to start a few days earlier because vacation starts on August 15th. Praying for crazy good results for myself and all of you <3. Today is day 3 for me. Current- 154 End goal- 130

Just take it one day at a time. You dont need to be a hero and do everything right away. I know its hard but if you want to heal you have to ask for and accept help. You and your baby deserve the best so take it slow
