  • Me:1 LNS:1 It’s definitely helpful not to have too many snacky things in the house.
  • @msarobix I love your idea about setting a minimum for each day as a way of getting something in and as a hook for possibly more of a workout. For me, I’m going to try a 30 minute walk as my minimum. Great idea!
  • Hello all, The good news is I’ve been eating pretty mindfully for the last couple days, haven’t snacked after dinner or out of stress. I even did this yesterday while I was home working on a project the whole day. And I got a bunch of work done! I think it helps that I don’t really have any junk in the house to distract…

Just For Today, I will Eat the meals and snacks I prepare for myself Get in 30-60 min ellipticals Eat sanely at dinner even though we're celebrating Have 2 bites of dessert (I don't…
  • In an attempt to stay away from sugary snacks in the car, I ate some sugar-free candies instead. The sugar alcohols upset my stomach terribly. Lesson learned. Just For Today my goals are To plan and make invigorating and healthy meals and snacks To do an hour of ellipticals To create a lovely sensible dinner for two…

  • I'm new to this thread and love the mindset. I actually have a keychain that says "Just For Today" to remind myself, when I'm trying to steer clear of some craving or other, to skip it just for today. Often reminding myself that it will be in my future, that there will be a cupcake(or whatever my craving of the moment…
  • Hi all, Not a bad week. I found out my TDEE and am trying to follow recommended calories and macros. It's says I should I aim for about 1750 calories a day which is a couple hundred more than I usually aim for so I'm trying it out. Then again, I usually go over my calories, so this way feels better already. Name: Em Age:…

  • So far today has been really good. Went to a barre class and hit the ellipticals for some cardio. Trying to add more exercise into my days. My eating can usually swing from really clean to all over the place. I'm just going to remind myself that each thing I put in my body is my conscious choice. Best of luck all.
