  • well, if you watch Dr. Oz he says just about the same thing as the other poster on here. you don't need a lot of expensive products. but he did say that acai berry is a good addition to the diet, as is raspberry ketone.

  • I have been on Body By Vi shakes for the last six months and adore them (have lost 15 pounds and lots of inches). They are a staple to my everyday and yummy to boot. The only problem I have is that i do chug them and i don't think thats good because its supposed to be like a meal. I have been trying to slow it down a bit.
