I love your story, and you are right it is a lifestyle. It is o.k. to indulge once in a while... somebody told me that if you eat clean 90% of the time, you will maintain... and with work outs, you will lose and feel good about what you are doing as a lifetime thing.

I was going to say 65g is on the Livestrong website. I asked my doctor since I only have one kidney now and I am suppose to watch my protein intake. You know I never really got a straight number from my MD or my kidney doctor So I have been researching this also. I have been sticking to 60 to 65g and my labs are just fine!
