thank you for fixing it! :) & I carry a lot of muscle due to all the sports I played in high school. Now I do not do much lifting just toning exercises and cardio...when I have time. You look great I'm very happy for you and your progress. Keep it up :)

I don't know my body fat. How do I find that out? my current weight is 140.5

Thank you for sharing. My original goal weight was 125lbs but I have changed it to 120lbs I guess what I should do is get down to 125 and see how I like myself and make adjustments at that point. I'm 140 right now started at 155.

Sorry I think that's somewhat degrading to myself. I am hesitant to even post a picture of myself in a bathing suit not because i'm insecure but because my body is my own and shouldn't be shown off.

You probably have just hit a plateau continue your workouts and like others have said increase your calorie intake by 100-200 cause it does seem like your body isn't getting enough so it is holding onto everything. Just hang in there it will all come off all of a sudden and then you'll feel great :)

For me 1200 is difficult unless I am busy. I usually eat between 1200-1500 a day and my average is about 1350 which I feel great about. I'm not concerned with losing weight fast. I have my goals set to 1 lb a week and I feel great with eating 1350.

I usually take vitamin supplements in pill form. You can go to your local drug store and get a multi vitamin or just a vitamin D supplement vitamin or whatever else you may need. Also you can eat more foods that have the vitamins that your body is lacking

I would say it would count as well as all the water in your food that you eat (although that is hard to measure) I tab the number of water I drink based on my weight and drink half my body weight in ounces everyday for example my current weight is 140 140/2 = 70 oz of water
