  • I LOVE to spin :love: What a workout! Well, actually, I switched it up to mornings with this new teacher and he SUCKS and plays crappy music, so I have to kind of do my own thing, but with the right teacher, it is amazing!
  • Thanks, yes, I do love them too :love: I got in 5 miles this morning on the treadmil and I didn't end up running the extra 2 yesterday with the doggy. I MIGHT do it today, but geesh, it's chilly out there, but I have to adjust :sick:

  • YES IT DOES!! I have been at the same weight for 3 weeks and am eating right and working out like a fiend.
