  • no, I do the same thing. Just make sure when you weigh yourself, each time stay consistent and do it how you usually do it, otherwise, it might not be accurate.
  • Ok, I'm totally open to anything, I have a 24 oz water bottle by my desk at work and I drink that twice, but it's when I get home that I fail :blushing: I work out daily as long as I'm not sore, so I'd be up to any challenge :smile:

  • Yes it's a book and all it is is 30 days of circuit training, plus a diet based upon you, and the work outs are TOUGH! But yeah, I really ahve to work on my sides and my gut, once those go, I will be happy :smile:

  • Maybe use 1 egg and 2 egg whites, splenda versues reg. sugar, whole wheat flour or at least part instead of white flour. And as stated before, I was gonna mention the apple sauce thing instead of oil, but it already calls for apples sauce, so maybe add more applesauce and less oil...Hope this helps, sounds yummy!
  • Are you using any face medications? When I was using proactive and differen gel my face burned like heck after working out and I was only able to dab it with the towel because it hurt so bad...When I'm not on the medication, I'm entirely fine...
  • I have cox and they have Exercise TV on demand and I love it. I usually do the yoga routines because I do other workouts, but it's so convenient and I love it!
  • I have a suunto and I love it. It's easy to use, counts calories (and is very accurate) and also has a chest strap that you can change the battery, which is helpful.
  • Yesterday I did 45 min yoga and lifting for like an hour or so, but I REALLY overate all the wrong foods yesterday. Today, I will go and run about 4-5 miles on my lunch hour :smile:
