Hey Alyssa, I work in Marshfield, but live 30 miles west of Marshfield. I walk all winter, I enjoy snow shoeing and just walking during the winter months. I haven't dropped a lot of weight, but the measurments are going down !

So...I was snow shoeing at Levis Trow Mound (I just gotta say..it is so great there) and about 4 guys were out on thos huge fat tire bikes....now that...looks fun !!!!

My Co-workers do it a couple times a year...i guess the beer for bravery and the hot tub afterwards are the best !!!

Apparently Stevia is much better for you than any other sweetener...but it expensive.... I checked it out...about $27 a case have you tried brewing tea and drinking it cold? or over ice..that's pretty good too. I just picked up some loose Mango peach tea and am brewing it right now ...
