It's not muscle. If you started a new workout routine, it's likely just water retention.

Just because a doctor suggests a medication doesn't mean it's in a person's best interest to take it. I feel like s a society, we have become reliant/dependent on medications. OP's doctor can't say how OP is going to respond to it. I recently had a patient at the hospital I work at come in with increased paranoia and…

You will be fine eating 1300

Do others known that you're taking it? A few months ago I had a patient admitted to the hospital with psychosis and paranoia and it was secondary to taking Apidex. We stopped the medication and her symptoms resolved. She did lose some weight while on it. I don't have any opinions on the med and I don't know much about it…

Blueberries have calories so weigh the amount you are going to eat and log then accordingly
-
Are you weighing your food? What kind of exercise are you doing?
-
If you worked out harder yesterday than you normally do, your body may just be more tired than usual.

Are you using a food scale?

I drank ACV in the am for about 2 weeks. I can say it made me nauseous and not want to eat in the morning. I can't say I noticed anything else and if I did it very well might have been psychological and not actually due to the ACV.

There is no supplement that will help with this

I like it. I usually use manual and set the resistance between 40-45 or I use the 3rd program (hill training I think) of level 8.

I took a look at your diary and there are a lot of times that you are over on your sodium. High sodium mixed with TOM and a new workout regimen means your are very likely retaining water. I drink a lot of water and when I change up my routine or have a high salt day or two, I will be up a few lbs for over a week. Drinks…

I didn't pay much mind to sodium for a while and my blood pressure was high. I started tracking sodium (it was really difficult at first) and my BP normalized. Don't try to change to many things are once because I feel like people tend to get overwhelmed and give up. Over the next month make sure you are sticking to your…

Hey Renee! I started May 2012 at 315lbs. By Christmas 2012, I was down 100lbs. I found MFP to be super motivating and I love the accountability I felt from using it. It can certainly be done! Feel free to add me if you would like :)

Can you make your diary public so we can see what you're eating?

Haha, yes that's the one!

This^^ Digital food scale should help a lot and I would half the calories that you think you are burning and see if that helps make a difference

Your post nearly made me spit out my coffee! I think I know the commercial you are referring to. Does it take place at some type of construction site?

Woohoo! Awesome!

- I feel so much better. - I am happier and therefore appear more confident - I care less of what people think - I am less afraid to try new things - I am cold almost always :( - I have no current sense of what I actually look like

There are natural consequences for not doing your homework. If you have really taken everything away, I am pretty sure he's at the point where he doesn't care. What you have been doing hasn't worked, so why continue on the same path? Since he has nothing, can he earn back his stuff by doing his homework? You have to…
