I enjoy seasonal fruits. Berries r one item I want year round and pay dearly for blueberries in the winter. I eat more veggies now so I'm eating less fruit. Seasonally things change, watermelon in the summer is dessert to me. Baked apples with cinammon in the Fall is dessert to me and so on.

It carries 75% of the food I eat. I can always find the fresh veggies, cheese, chicken I want there. Many items are less or the same as my food supermarket. The larger stores carry fresh fish, beef, chicken, pork. Prices are the same or lower.

I think you need a kcal deficit to lower your Body Fat%, adjust your macros may be a factor, too. Try lowering carbs and increase fat with moderate protein?
