  • Everytime I do, I get to reading and posting, and I keep going over my break times! They are very strict here, and the computer keeps track down to a tenth second! I hope I get my home computer back soon! Love you all! Patti :flowerforyou:

  • This is for RowanC. Yeah, I started at 257 and have lost 12 pounds. I can't stay under 1200 unless I am hospitalized for something, and then, who feels like eating? I try to stay under 1700 calories and I don't always make it. but it is slowly coming off! I can't take off 50 years of abuse overnight!

  • A calorie is a unit of heat. We need so many to fuel our bodies. Fat calories are worse than veggie calories if you need to watch your fat intake.
