I try to be as paleo as I can (except for a couple cheat meals a week). Sticking to whole foods from gods green earth is really the best for ones body!

I need at least 7 hours a night. 8 is perfect. I typically go to bed around 11 but I work from home so I can structure my days how I want.

Focus on inches and losing fat not "weight." And it takes at least 8 weeks for someone to notice changes.

Coconut and Almond milk are the healthiest forms you can eat. Soy milk is a GMO (Genetically Modified Organism) which = bad. Don't focus so much on calories. You will go nuts. Coconut and Almond are so great for you. Better calcium and whole ingredients :)

and an M&M candy pack? Come on... I have a cheat meal 1-2 times a week. You shouldn't be that strict. This is why diets don't work. You need to have a permanent lifestyle change and indulge every now and again. My cheat once a week is a burger and fries and I have abs!

omg this is terrible... when you don't eat your body pumps off extra hormones and goes into starvation mode thus contributing to weight gain.

Just looking at your diary for the past 3 days, the pizza, biscuits, ice cream, and cheese and crackers don't help. You will have to cut all this stuff out. All of these are high carbs. If you want one of these once a week, that's cool. But to have them daily is not helping.

Absolutely terrible. They are made in a lab. Anything that is not natural or sounds like a chemistry experiment will never be easily digestible. Stick to honey or stevia to sweeten.
