  • I've done it a few times late in the evening (9pm) and found that I was so revv'ed up that I had a hard time getting to sleep. It works better for me to do it earlier in the day.

  • I did it last night for the first time & the strength sections just about killed me! Wow - am I ever weak! My smallest weights are 5lbs & I did some of the moves by holding 1 weight in both hands. It will get easier!
  • I can attest that eating a banana when the cramp happens helps tremendously (like within 10 mins). I get them in my feet sometimes & no amount of stretching helps.
