I dont do a cheat day, but I do have one cheat meal per week. There are guidelines though. The meal can never be over 1200 calories. Jackie Warner tells her clients those guidelines, and it works for me, so far. Still lose weight even with the ONE meal.

If I dont know nutritional info I try and go for Balsamic or Italian for the dressing, and on the side.

Finished my first week! Now on to week two. The only problem I came across is that my hips and knees and legs start hurting A LOT while I'm running. Day 1 was fine, Day 2 and Day 3 were killers.
