Hello everyone!
Another great weigh in day LOL :laugh: I am very happy I actually lost 1.5lbs this week after my awful week last week. Thank you to so many who supported me through the hard times, it really meant a lot. And I took advice from you! Instead of eating while grieving, I ended up walking and running. Well, mostly running - and I have found I am getting much better at it!
So, again, thank you to you all for your support last week! I greatly appreciated it and you really kept me on track! This is such a GREAT group!

Hi everyone, I thought I was going to have very good results to report this week, however, not so much. I started running last week by doing something similar to the Couch 2 5k program. I've been eating a lot better and watching my portions. When I stepped on the scales this morning I was stunned. I am not sure what I am doing wrong, but hope that the extra weight gain is something like water weight that can be lost quickly. I feel proud of myself for taking control, but am having a hard time getting motivated after this.:ohwell:

Have you been drinking enough water? When you exercise you need even more water than you think. Don't be discouraged your body is fighting the changes--keep doing what you are doing and drink enough water and I bet you will be stunned by the scale next week. :flowerforyou:0 -
