I am going to post my weight today since I won't be here on Weds. I hope that's okay.
I hope I don't gain too much on the cruise this week. I have come too far to go back now, and besides I gave all of my fat clothes away today. I no longer have them in my house.
I only missed my goal of 200 by Aug 1 by 3 lbs so I am excited about that!!! I would love to come back from vacation and be able to say that I lost, wish me luck everyone.
I hope everyone has a happy healthy week.

So I finally got a workout in this morning, I did Week 1 of Biggest Loser Cardio and 20 minutes on the treadmill. I feel great, I am chugging :drinker: :drinker: my water down because I am so dehydrated after my workout.
I am hoping that I eat well all day. I am planning on going for a walk with my fiance this afternoon at a local park
    Here is a healthy day!

Meemaw I hope you have a good trip. I can't imagine how tempting the food on a cruise will be!

Just found out we are going to St. John from December 5th to the 12th. So forget Christmas, I need to look good for that!!!

I worked from 8-6 yesterday and actually went out and jogged 2.5 miles when I got home. In 80degree heat! I was feeling so good yesterday!

I probably won't get a workout in today but I've done so good on my calories so far. Only 550 eaten and I have 650 left to go for dinner!

    Have a great day everyone!!

I got up earlier than normal today and am super sore from my workout yesterday. I have already eatten a healthy breakfast and am getting ready to pack my lunch. I am spending almost all day at school working on a project :grumble: But I am really hoping to get a workout in when I get home from school tonight. Even if it just 30 minutes.

    Have a great day everyone!!!:flowerforyou:

Hello all! Welcome to the new joiners!!!:flowerforyou:

This was a good weekend for me and I feel back on track. Yesterday my BF and I went for a run in the morning and a hike in the afternoon and I burned almost 1000 calories!!!:noway:

Anyway, after logging in all my food for the day I had like 900 calories left at 8pm, so instead of leaving them, I went and got a brownie with frozen yogurt. :blushing:

Still had about 200 cals to spare by the end of the day. Just curious, what do you all do when you have tons of leftover calories? I don't want to eat too little, but maybe the brownie wasn't the best "filler?" Any thoughts/opinions?

I wasn't so good this weekend. Usually Sunday is my day of rest, because I try to exercise 6 days a week. But I didn't on Saturday, it was my husbands birthday. So I ran around doing stuff for him (and I know that will burn a few calories, but not like if I'm at the gym). Yesterday, I was at my parents, and I helped them adopt two cute tabbies from a rescue group. They're 3 months old. The little girl's orange, and the boy is a tuxedo kitten. And I did run around getting them set up in their new home, and playing with them. Also A LOT of Standing yesterday. So I went over my calories intake alotment more than 350. That happened at late night snacking: my cravings were like a monster. Excuses, excuses. Anyway, I'm determined to get back on track. Two days, before next weigh in. I'll be happy if I didn't gain.

Those kittens are sooooooo cute. It was worth it (not exercising, I mean).
  • Oops! I posted this on last week's thread! Here it is again!

I went on a trip with my youth group last week and seriously FELL OFF THE WAGON!!! I tried my best to make heatlhy eating choices, but when you eat out every meal for 6 solid days it makes it really hard. Especially when the 6 teenagers you are with constantly want to go to the mall for dinner! Plus it was my TOM and I didn't drink anywhere near my water goal! As a result, I gained 5 lbs (some of which I am hoping is my TOM gain):grumble::sad: :grumble: Oh well , what to do:ohwell: ??? I started off fresh this morning and am happy to say that I am back at it again!! I'm not going to let one little set back deter my entire future!

I unfortunately eat the calories in unhealthy ways but am starting to switch to a dessert with fruit. The other night I had a small piece of pound cake, a bunch of strawberries, and a little cool whip.

So I didn't eat as well today, I did good all day until I meet my fiance for dinner. The good news was that I ate half of what I normally did. I am going to go to the biggest loser workout again and then off to sleep

Hope you all had a good day.

Good morning all. Had a beautiful three mile walk this morning. It was a bit humid but the temp was not too hot.

I put myself on a very reduced carb diet over the weekend. I have been trying to lose by keeping my calories in control, but nothing has been happening. It seems the only time I lose any weight is when really keeping my carb count low. Hopefully it works again. I have been stuck at this weight since march and it is really getting frustrating.

Hope everyone has an excellent day!:drinker:

Trade the pound cake for Angel food cake and use fat free cool whip...VERY guilt free!!!

    Where is everyone :noway: ?

We need to support eachother here!!!

I had a very stressful day but I didn't give into eatting because of it!!! I actually ate very well today and I even went to the grocery store to pick up some heatlhy snacks to keep me going during the days.

I haven't worked out yet, but I am exhausted so I am going to sleep for a few hours and then get up and workout and get some more homework done :ohwell:

Good news is on the 10th of August I am done with summer classes

I hope that everyone is doing well and don't forget to check in tomorrow with your results!

That is the best attitude to have when you have gone a little too far. We all do it on occasion and we just have to start again the next day. Keep up the great work.

Good for you for getting healthier treats to munch on. I know how hard that can be when there are other very wonderful treats to choose from. Keep up the great work.
  • My family went camping all week, and I ate healthy most of the week...however, I did have a few s'mores, and some freshly caught fish, so I didn't expect to lose any! I did lose 1/2 pound :)

    Week 2 July 29 -186--woo hoo!!! 4 pounds
185 Week 3 August 8-185.5---went camping all week, so that's what I expected!
    183 Week 4 August 14
    181 Week 5 August 21
