Dumb Diet Question
Can one day of eating bad make you actually gain weight? I went a little crazy the other day after doing pretty good for a month, Taco Bell got the best of me, lol. It SO wasn't worth it.

So I've been doing a lot of reading, but I'm still not sure if I should target my goal at 1, 1 1/2 or 2 pounds per week. I'm not sure what is best for me.
