  • I stay the same the week of, but I've been gaining the week after. I don't know why but it's turning into a pattern I'd like to stop.
  • I feel like I lose from the extremities in, My fingers and wrist feel smaller (my rings and my watch are fitting better). I may have lost some from my waist/hips as my pants are starting to get loose. My mom noticed my weight loss having not seen me for a few months but no one else has said anything.
  • I'm in the same boat, I still have visitors in my house so my routine is totally out of whack but I'm planning to get back on track today.
  • Thanks for the welcome. :) I'm walking my kids to school the three days that I can. It's about 20-30 minutes there and back (depending on how much they're dragging their feet on the way there). I try to book it when I walk back by myself.
