I probably gained the 11 lbs. back that i lost.

Over the busy Holidays i probably gained all of the 11 lbs. that i lost. With all of the Christmas shopping and eating out, and Holiday meals and treats. Now i need to get on track with a low sodium & low cal. diet so i can lose that weight again, and get back on my routine of exercising. I will put that my first priority.

    I hear you on that one. But, at least you haven't given up. Get right back into it knowing the holidays are over!!!

    I'm in the same boat, I still have visitors in my house so my routine is totally out of whack but I'm planning to get back on track today.

    It's ok....at least you are getting back on track! I didn't track or workout for a few weeks and now that the holidays and my birthday are over I started back today. You can do this!

    I was wrong. I only gained 2 lbs. back since during the holidays.
